Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all accounting and financial matters of the group including taxation and treasury operations
- Prepare group consolidated financial statements that comply with applicable approved accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial group forecasts and budgets. Manage and monitor its fiscal financial activities to achieve ideal outcomes for the group.
- Analyze, review and monitor the results of operation as well as the financial position of the group.
- Ensure compliance with related statutory, corporate and government regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers and related statutory boards.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree of Finance/Accounting or relevant professional qualification.
- At least 3 years of related working experience.
- Candidate with audit working experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead, supervise and train employees.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, reliable, honest and responsible.
- Discipline, mature and able to work independently.
- Professional in approach and presentation.
