Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounting and financial matters of the group including taxation and treasury operations  
• Prepare group consolidated financial statements that comply with applicable approved accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial group forecasts and budgets. Manage and monitor its fiscal financial activities to achieve ideal outcomes for the group.
• Analyze, review and monitor the results of operation as well as the financial position of the group.
• Ensure compliance with related statutory, corporate and government regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers and related statutory boards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree of Finance/Accounting or relevant professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Candidate with audit working experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to lead, supervise and train employees.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, reliable, honest and responsible.
• Discipline, mature and able to work independently.
• Professional in approach and presentation.
